Lensbaby effect

How to make a lensbaby effect/bokeh effect on your pictures for free!

Step 1: You need a zoom lens. For example a Nikon 18-55mm f/2.8 lens or a Nikon 18-105mm f/2.8 lens! :)

Step 2: You need paper (2), scissors, pen and tape!

Step 3: If you have a A4 paper, cut ca. 5cm off.

Step 4: take the paper around the lens

Step 5: then tape your paper together

Step 6: Make a small cut with your scissor

It should look like this! :)

Step 7: Take the paper off, and cut of ca. 2-3 cm

Then It should look like this! ;)

Step 8: Take paper number 2, and put the lens on top of it. Then draw around the lens.

Step 9: Cut out the circle

Step 10: put the circle on top of the lens, and mark a small cross in the middle of the circle.

Step 11: Take the circle off, and cut for example a heart in the middle. (you can also cut a triangle, circle, star, flower and so on)

Step 12: Tape the circle into the rest of the paper tube and place it on the lens! Before you take pictures, you have to have your camera and your lens on manual.

Here's the result:

If you don't want to make this "box", you can buy a Lensbaby lens! :) It's not expensive at all.
